How to use it
- Step 1 of 3: Open Settings and find Help & feedback.
- Step 2 of 3: Tap Feedback, Report a bug or Request a feature. Write a few words and tap Send. For a bug, you can add the steps and what you expected.
- Step 3 of 3: Open Your feedback to see everything you sent, its status (Sent, Seen, Planned, In progress, Done or Not planned) and the Arc team’s replies.

Good to know
- Only you and the Arc team can read what you send.
- Arc adds your app or browser version, your device and your language, so the team can follow up.
- You can send up to 10 messages in any 24 hours.
