Getting started
One calm place to manage all your finances: spending, budgets and targets, goals, and money you share with other people, in 150+ currencies. It logs your spending for you from bank texts, screenshots and your voice, and shows what you can spend today.
Sign up free on the web with your email. Arc makes a Personal sheet in your currency; give it a monthly target and Home shows what you can spend today.
One budget: your own money, a home you share, or a trip. Each sheet has its own currency, categories, target and people. Free gives you up to 3 sheets of your own, and Pro has no limit.
No. Arc never asks for a bank password or login. Entries come from the texts your bank already sends, screenshots, your voice, statements or a quick add.
150+. Each sheet has its own currency, so a trip abroad can sit next to your everyday budget. A payment in another currency goes to the sheet you pick.
Logging
On iPhone, one Shortcuts automation hands each payment text to Arc, which reads it on the phone. A card waits on Home for you to tap Log or Discard. One-time codes, offers and balance alerts are ignored.
Yes. Share it to Arc on iPhone, or scan it from a sheet on the web. It’s read on your device and never uploaded, and a screenshot with several payments becomes a list you tick.
Yes. Open a sheet, tap Arc AI, choose Dictate entries and say something like “coffee 4.50, uber 18 and groceries 62”. Each amount becomes its own entry, in English, Hindi or a mix of both.
Yes. Import a statement from a supported payment app, as a PDF or Excel file, then review the payments one by one or add them all at once. The file stays on your device, and payments already in Arc are left out.
Press ⇧N anywhere on the web, or tap + on iPhone. Your usual spends, like a morning coffee, wait as one-tap chips, and the New entry control also works from Control Center and the Lock Screen.
Likely duplicates are flagged before you log them, and statement imports skip payments already in Arc. A card bill logged as a Transfer never counts as spending, and a payment in another currency is replaced by its real charge when that arrives.
Arc AI and privacy
It fills in a category only when it’s sure, and tells you why. When it isn’t, it offers up to three likely choices to tap. Each time you save, it remembers what you picked for that shop or person.
It’s built not to: Arc fills a field only when it’s sure, and asks you otherwise. Early users saw no wrong categories filled in their first month, and by their fourth week 98% of entries were right within one tap.
Arc reads everything on your device first. Only when it can’t tell a format or a shop does it ask Arc AI, with account numbers, references and balances masked before anything is sent. Messages are never stored.
Only the amount, the date, who it went to and the card’s last digits, never the message itself. A text you don’t log is dropped after 7 days.
Yes, with one switch in Settings: Use Arc AI for unsure entries. With it off, everything is read on your device only, and entries Arc isn’t sure of wait for you to pick.
No. What Arc learns stays inside your sheet: the people you share it with benefit, and nobody else. There are no ads, and your data is never sold.
Yes. Ask us through the contact on the privacy page, and we delete your account and everything in it within 30 days.
Sharing and money
Turn on Split in New entry, pick who paid and who’s in, then split equally, by amounts or by shares. Your spending counts only your share, and Settle up clears it with the fewest payments.
Yes, add them as a guest. They settle up through a payment link that always shows what they owe right now, and they don’t need an account.
No. A payment link opens the other person’s own payment app, and the money goes straight to you. It counts as paid once you tap Got it.
Yes. Turn on Private for one entry, and others see only its amount, category and who added it. The owner can also make the whole sheet private, so each person sees only their own entries while totals stay shared.
In New entry, tap Someone pays back and pick who, like Mom for the household. The entry stops counting as your spending, Settle up builds her monthly statement, and her payment shows as Reimbursed by Mom, never as income.
With Pro, yes: it looks back 13 months for subscriptions, rent and bills, and alerts you to price rises, double charges, overlaps and renewals that bunch up. On Free, you add them yourself and see what each costs a year.
Arc asks which sheet it belongs to. With Pro, you can have it converted into your default sheet at that day’s rate instead, and when the real charge in your currency arrives, it replaces the estimate.
Pricing
Yes, and you don’t need a card to start. Free covers logging, sharing and daily pace, with 30 bank texts a month, up to 3 sheets, and 5 shop lookups and 3 AI picks a day. Screenshots, dictation and quick add have no limit.
$3.99 a month or $39.99 a year. Pro starts with one free month, lifts Free’s limits and raises Arc AI to 30 shop lookups and 15 AI picks a day.
No caps on bank texts, sheets, people, categories, payment methods or goals, and insights and exports for any period. Pro also finds your subscriptions, alerts you to price rises and double charges, converts spending abroad, and adds reminders, a morning message, app icons and accent colours. Arc AI gets more to do each day too.
Not yet: Pro billing opens soon. Until then every account has Pro’s limits.
A shop lookup works out what an unfamiliar shop is, so Arc can fill its category. An AI pick asks Arc AI to choose between likely categories when your history can’t decide.
Arc keeps logging. It fills entries from your history and its own list of shops, anything it isn’t sure of waits for you to pick, and the allowance refreshes the next day.
Payments and policies
In Settings, open Arc Pro and choose Cancel Pro: it stays on until the end of what you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew. If you ask within 7 days of the first payment of a subscription, we refund it in full.
Arc is a digital service, so there’s nothing to ship: Pro switches on straight away on the same account, on the web and iPhone. If it hasn’t within 30 minutes, write to hello.arcapp@gmail.com.
No. Payments go through Razorpay, and Arc only hears whether a payment went through.
iPhone and web
Yes. It’s in testing now and coming to the App Store. Start on the web today, and the same account signs in on iPhone.
Yes. Same account, same sheets, same entries, and what Arc learns about your shops follows you to both.
Yes, on the web in any modern browser. On Android, and in Chrome or Edge on a computer with Arc installed, you can also share a screenshot straight to Arc.
Yes. Download a sheet as an Excel workbook or a PDF report, on the web or on iPhone. Free exports this month and this year, and Pro exports any period.
