How to use it

  1. Step 1 of 3: In New entry on a shared sheet, turn on Private.
  2. Step 2 of 3: Save it. You, the owner, whoever paid and anyone in its split see everything.
  3. Step 3 of 3: Everyone else sees a lock, “Private entry”, the amount, the category and who added it.

Good to know

  • Only the person who added it can change or delete it, like any entry.
  • It still counts in the sheet’s totals.
