On a shared sheet, each person sees only the entries they add. Totals stay shared.

How to use it

  1. Step 1 of 3: Open the sheet’s settings and go to Members › Privacy. Only the owner sees this switch.
  2. Step 2 of 3: Turn on Keep entries private, then tap Make private.
  3. Step 3 of 3: Editors and viewers now see only the entries they added, paid for or are in the split of. You still see everyone’s.

Good to know

  • Totals, budgets and insights still include everyone’s spending.
  • For one entry at a time, use the Private switch in New entry instead.
