How to use it

  1. Step 1 of 3: Open the sheet’s settings and go to Members.
  2. Step 2 of 3: Under Invite someone, type their email, choose Editor or Viewer and tap Send invite.
  3. Step 3 of 3: They accept it in Activity, under Invites, from their own Arc account.

Good to know

  • Each person changes only the entries they added, the owner too; others’ entries open read-only. Editors also change categories and budgets. Viewers only look.
  • Only the owner can rename or archive the sheet, or manage members.
  • They need an Arc account first.
