Cancelling

You can cancel Arc Pro any time from Settings → Arc Pro. You can also cancel the Arc mandate in your bank or UPI app.

Nothing more is charged after you cancel. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: anything over Free’s limits is archived, and you can restore it if you come back to Pro.

A full refund within 7 days

If you change your mind, ask within 7 days of the first payment of a subscription and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.

This covers the first payment only, not renewals. After 7 days, we don’t give partial refunds for the rest of a month or year, except where the law requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello.arcapp@gmail.com from the email address on your Arc account, or tell us which address it is. We’ll confirm once the refund is on its way.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with. They usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Small authorisation charges

When you set up a subscription that starts later (at the regular price during your free month, or when you change plan or turn renewal back on), some banks show a small authorisation charge to check the payment method works. It isn’t a payment for Pro, and it’s refunded automatically.

What a refund means for Pro

A refunded payment ends Pro from that moment, and your account moves to Free. As with cancelling, nothing is deleted.
