Arc is software you use on the web and on iPhone. There are no physical goods, so there’s no shipping and no shipping charge.
When Pro switches on
Arc Pro switches on as soon as your payment goes through, on the account you paid from. It works straight away on the web and on iPhone. Just sign in with the same account.
If it hasn’t switched on
If Pro hasn’t switched on within 30 minutes of paying, write to hello.arcapp@gmail.com with the email address on your Arc account and we’ll sort it out. More ways to reach us are on Contact us.
