Scan or say your entries

Add several entries at once from a screenshot, or just by saying what you spent.

On the web and the iPhone app

Try it

Tap the mic. Each amount you say becomes its own entry.

Tap and say what you spent.

Try: “chai 20, auto 80 and groceries 1,240”

Sample data. Nothing here changes your sheets.

How to use it

  1. Step 1 of 3: Open a sheet and tap the sparkle button (Add with Arc AI) at the top right. Viewers don’t see it.
  2. Step 2 of 3: Choose Scan a screenshot, or Dictate entries and say what you spent, like “chai 20, auto 80 and groceries 1,240”. On the web you can also Paste a message from your bank.
  3. Step 3 of 3: Arc turns each amount into an entry. Check them, fix any word it got wrong, then add them all.

Where to find it

On the web

Good to know

  • On iPhone, your voice and screenshots stay on the phone. You can speak English, Hindi or both.
  • On the web, screenshots are read in your browser and never uploaded. Dictation uses your browser’s speech service, so Google (Chrome), Microsoft (Edge) or Apple (Safari) hears the audio and Arc gets only the words. Where there’s none, like Firefox, Arc offers Type what you spent instead.
  • On Android, and in Chrome or Edge on a computer with Arc installed, you can also share a screenshot to Arc.
