How to use it
- Step 1 of 4: Open a sheet and tap the piggy bank (Goals). On iPhone, tap ≡ at the top right › Goals. Then tap New goal.
- Step 2 of 4: Pick Save up for a target, like a trip: give it a Target, and if you like a date (By) and an amount to Set aside each period.
- Step 3 of 4: Pick Every year for a bill that comes once a year, like car insurance: give it the Amount a year and the month it’s Due. Arc sets aside a share of it every period.

Good to know
- Money in a goal never counts as spending. What’s set aside for goals comes out of what daily pace spreads over the days left.
- Goals belong to the sheet, so everyone in a shared sheet sees them. Viewers can look but not add money.
- Done with one? Edit it and tap Archive goal. Its entries stay.
