How to use it
- Step 1 of 3: Open the sheet’s settings and find Your alerts.
- Step 2 of 3: Under Daily pace alerts, pick Off, When I go over (the default), or At 80% and over.
- Step 3 of 3: Turn on Morning message and pick a time. It starts at 8:30.

Good to know
