How to use it
- Step 1 of 5: Seven days before your Pro ends, and again the day before, Arc tells you what will be archived: Free keeps 3 sheets you own, 12 expense and 12 income categories and 10 payment methods in each, and 1 goal.
- Step 2 of 5: Tap Choose what to keep. Your most-used items are already ticked (most entries in the last 90 days; goals that are due soonest). Change the ticks and tap Save. Any empty places go to your most used.
- Step 3 of 5: When Pro ends, Arc archives the rest by itself. Nothing is deleted: entries keep their category and payment method, archived ones just leave the pickers, and a budget on an archived category pauses.
- Step 4 of 5: A shared sheet you own with more than 3 people: you pick who stays. Until you do, nobody is removed, but nobody new can join.
- Step 5 of 5: To bring something back, open Settings › Archived and tap Unarchive. On Free that works while you’re under the limit; getting Pro again unarchives nothing by itself.

Good to know
- Only sheets you own count. A sheet someone else shares with you follows their plan and is never archived by yours.
- A bank text for an archived card still arrives: the inbox says the card is archived, so you can unarchive it or pick another.
